Hoxworth calling all Reds fans to donate blood and save lives in July
Hoxworth Blood Center, the University of Cincinnati and the Cincinnati Reds are teaming up for summer blood donations, offering an exclusive Reds Ringer T-shirt for blood donors in July and several ways to earn free Reds tickets.
All blood and platelet donors who donate at any of Hoxworth’s seven Neighborhood Donor Centers and select mobile blood drives during July will receive an exclusive Cincinnati Reds Ringer T-Shirt as a thank you!

Summer and baseball are synonymous in Cincinnati. We have a few ways for you to score tickets while saving lives. Limited spots available, so schedule now!
- July 3: Reds Blood Drive from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Great American Ball Park. Each donor will receive a voucher for a pair of tickets, a Reds hat and a Reds Ringer T-shirt. Schedule your donation today at Hoxworth.org/Reds. You can also call 513-451-0910.
- July 4: Come celebrate Independence Day with Hoxworth. All donors will receive a bonus voucher for a pair of tickets plus the Reds Ringer T-shirt at our Neighborhood Donor Centers only!
- July 1-31: First-time donors in July will be entered to win a pair of Reds tickets to a game of your choice. Refer a friend today! 40 winners total.

Hoxworth Blood Center and the Cincinnati Reds official partnership spans decades, resulting in thousands of collected units of blood from local donors. Hoxworth is thrilled to continue its Reds partnership by offering Reds baseball fans exclusive Reds gear while supplies last.
The need for blood doesn’t take a vacation
Every day, more than 400 donors are needed to supply lifesaving blood products to more than 30 hospitals across the Greater Cincinnati area. Even during the summer months —when donations typically drop — the demand remains steady for patients facing trauma, surgery, cancer and other critical conditions.
